Terms of Service
Effective August 21, 2026
These Terms govern access to Ledgerly, the secure accounting operations and client portal provided by Greater Iowa Advisory Group. By accessing Ledgerly, you agree to these Terms. If you use Ledgerly for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for it.
Authorized use and accounts
Ledgerly is available only to authorized users. You must provide accurate information, use only your own account, maintain appropriate security on your Google account and devices, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Access may be suspended or revoked to protect users, client information, or the service.
Acceptable use
You may use Ledgerly only for lawful accounting, business, and client-collaboration purposes within your authorized workspace. You may not attempt to access another client or firm, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, disrupt the service, scrape or reverse engineer protected portions of the service, or upload material you lack authority to provide.
Client information and instructions
You remain responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality, and timely submission of information and documents you provide. Ledgerly records workflow activity and may preserve an audit trail. Electronic submissions and approvals made through an authorized account may be treated as instructions from that user, subject to applicable engagement terms and review controls.
Professional-services limitations
Ledgerly is a workflow and collaboration system. Access to Ledgerly by itself does not create an accountant-client, advisory, audit, tax, legal, fiduciary, or other professional relationship. The scope of any professional services is governed by a separate written engagement. Draft reports, proposed entries, automated summaries, and workflow statuses are not final professional conclusions and must receive the required human review and approval.
Third-party services
Ledgerly relies on third-party services, including Google authentication, secure hosting and storage, controlled email delivery, and provider-hosted payment processing. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms. Greater Iowa Advisory Group is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may impose reasonable limits to preserve security and reliability. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version and effective date.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ledgerly is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties not expressly stated in a written agreement. Greater Iowa Advisory Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising solely from use of Ledgerly. Any additional warranties, remedies, or liability limits applicable to professional services are governed by the relevant engagement agreement and applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using Ledgerly at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for security concerns, violations of these Terms, the end of an engagement, or as otherwise permitted by an applicable agreement. Provisions concerning records, ownership, disclaimers, liability, and obligations that by their nature should survive will remain effective.
